These terms apply when you visit pinkycoco.com, use its features or purchase PinkyCoco products. By using the store, you agree to these terms and any policies linked at checkout.

Store access

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. You may not interfere with security, misuse store content, introduce harmful code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Products and availability

We aim to describe colours, materials, fit and features accurately, but screens and photography can affect appearance. Measurements are approximate. Products, prices, promotions and availability may change, and limited drops can sell out without notice.

Orders

An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where permitted, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing mistakes, shipping restrictions or misuse. If a cancelled order has been charged, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Pricing and payment

Prices, currencies, taxes, duties and shipping charges are presented as described at checkout. You authorise the selected payment provider to process the amount shown. Cross-border charges imposed outside checkout may remain the recipient’s responsibility.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Intellectual property

The PinkyCoco name, coconut identity, artwork, photography, copy, graphics and site design are owned by or licensed to PinkyCoco and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping.

Third-party services

The store may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers and social platforms. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and PinkyCoco is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
