Products and Manufacturing

We aim to describe product colors, materials, fit, measurements and features accurately. However, screen settings, lighting and photography may cause slight visual differences.

Many PinkyCoco products are made to order.

Products are manufactured at our production unit at 12J PECHS Block 6, Karachi, Pakistan, and customer orders are dispatched from Pakistan unless specifically stated otherwise.

Orders

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase.

PinkyCoco may accept, decline or cancel an order where necessary, including cases involving:

• Payment failure

• Suspected fraud

• Pricing errors

• Product availability errors

• Shipping restrictions

• Misuse of the website or checkout

Pricing and Payment

Prices and applicable taxes, duties or other charges are displayed where applicable before payment.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include supported credit or debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay depending on eligibility and location.

Standard made-to-order products are subject to PinkyCoco's 30-day return policy where eligible.

Only specifically personalized or customized products and the other exclusions listed in the Returns & Refunds Policy are non-returnable.

Intellectual Property

The PinkyCoco name, branding, original artwork, product photography, graphics, written content and website design are owned by or licensed to PinkyCoco and may not be used without authorization.

Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers and other service providers.

These third parties may operate under their own terms, policies and privacy practices.
