Start with your order details

Before returning anything, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide the current return instructions.

Return condition

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, eligible returns must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Items showing wear, scent, marks, alterations or damage after delivery may be declined.

Items with special conditions

Limited-drop, personalised, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive or promotional items may have different eligibility. Product-page and checkout disclosures form part of the return terms for that purchase.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on stock. Because drops can sell out, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order instead of reserving a replacement.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear after processing. Original shipping charges and return costs are handled according to the terms shown for your order and applicable law.

Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
