Available shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout based on your destination and order. Review them before completing payment.

Order processing

After your order is confirmed, it is prepared for dispatch. Limited drops, pre-orders or unusually busy periods may have different processing expectations; any product-specific information will be shown on the relevant product page or order confirmation.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send a dispatch confirmation with the carrier details and tracking link. Tracking events can take time to appear after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please check your name, address and contact information carefully at checkout. Contact us immediately if something is incorrect. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment begins.

International orders

For cross-border orders, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or local import requirements unless checkout states otherwise. These charges are set by local authorities and are not shipping fees.

Delays or delivery issues

Carrier delays can occur outside PinkyCoco’s control. If your tracking appears stalled, reports delivery you cannot locate, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can review the available information.
