How do PinkyCoco drops work?
Collections are released in curated drops so every piece feels considered. Join the Coco Club for early access, restock news and limited-drop updates.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page. We cannot promise changes after fulfilment begins, but we will always check what is possible.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose my size?
Use the product-specific measurements and fit notes together with our Size Guide. Oversized pieces are intentionally generous; check each product page before ordering.
Will every product fit the same?
No. Hoodies, puffers, varsity jackets and coordinated bottoms can have different intended fits. The product page is the most accurate source for each style.
Shipping & tracking
When will my order arrive?
Available delivery options and estimates are shown during checkout. Once dispatched, tracking details are sent using the contact information on your order.
Where can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation. If tracking has not updated after the carrier’s normal processing time, contact us with your order number.
Returns & care
Can I return an item?
Eligibility depends on the item, its condition and the return terms shown when you ordered. Read our Returns & Exchanges page before sending anything back.
How should I care for PinkyCoco pieces?
Always follow the care label attached to your garment. Embroidered, quilted and structured pieces may require different care.
