Products and availability

We aim to describe colours, materials, fit and features accurately, but screens and photography can affect appearance. Measurements are approximate. Products, prices, promotions and availability may change, and limited drops can sell out without notice. Many Pinkycoco products are made to order for the customer.

An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where permitted, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing mistakes, shipping restrictions or misuse.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices and applicable taxes, duties or other charges are displayed as applicable before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and supported credit or debit cards, depending on the customer's location, currency and eligibility. The final payable total is shown before the customer confirms payment.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges pages form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Pinkycoco name, coconut identity, original artwork, photography, copy, graphics and site design are owned by or licensed to Pinkycoco and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party services

The store may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers and social platforms. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
